Chocolate Almond Isobolic Oatcakes



2 cups Quick Oats
1 whole large egg
3 egg whites
1 tbsp Almond Butter
¾ c Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1tsp Cocoa
½ scoop Chocolate Isobolic
1.       Heat non stick pan on medium heat.
2.       Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Stir together well.
3.       Drop mixture into pan (about small fist size) press down into pan with spatula to flatten.
4.       Flip once side begins to firm (approx. 4-5 minutes) cook for another 4-5 minutes and remove from heat.
5.       Yields 8 Oatcakes.
*tip= can be cooked with fruit if desired, bananas work well. May also be topped with jam or PB!
