1c Quick Oats
1 scoop Vanilla Isobolic
1c egg whites
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp Nutmeg
1/8 tsp Allspice
2 Tbsp ground flax meal
1/4c unsweetened Almond milk
1 small Apple, Chopped
1/4c chopped walnuts (for topping)
1.Mix all ingredients in large bowl, microwave for 3-4
minutes, stirring in between.
2. Spread mixture to 8x8 baking dish and bake for approx. 8
minutes, or until golden.
Makes 2 servings, top with chopped nuts!
