Low fat PB Banana Muffins




1 cup Only Oats Quick oats
¾ c Egg whites
1 scoop Isobolic Banana Protein Powder
1 tbsp Vegetable oil
2 tbsp (Prepared) PB2
½ tsp vanilla
½ tsp  Stevia
½  tsp baking soda
1.       Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2.       Spray non stick muffin pan with fat free cooking spray
3.       Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth
4.       Pour into muffin cups and bake for approximately 20- 30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean)
