1 lb Extra Lean ground turkey
1/4 cup chopped green onions (4 medium)
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoons natural peanut butter
2 teaspoons chopped garlic
2 teaspoons red
chilli paste
1 tablespoon soy
sauce
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 cup bean sprouts
1/3 cup chopped natural peanuts
Head of iceberg
lettuce, separated into large leaves, rinsed and patted dry

Cook the turkey over medium heat until browned
through, stirring frequently and crumbling turkey to small pieces. Once cooked,
drain and pat off extra oil with paper towel.

Add all other ingredients (except lettuce) and
continue to cook until mixed through and warmed (Approx 5 minutes).

To serve: spoon turkey mixture onto leaf of
lettuce, wrap and enjoy!! *might get messy so serve with napkins!
