2-3 lb grass fed pork roast
1 can crushed tomatoes (No Salt Added)
1 can Kidney beans washed and drained
1 package of low sodium chilli seasoning
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 chopped onion
Combine all ingredients
cover pork with sauce mixture
Cook on low heat for approximately 8 hours.
(Cooking time may vary depending on the slow cooker or size of the pork roast)
