Isobolic Pumpkin Cheesecake Oatmeal


1 c Quick Oats

1 c Egg Whites

1/3 c Pumpkin Puree

1 scoop Vanilla Isobolic Protein Powder

2 tbsp 95% Fat Free Cream Cheese

½ tbsp. Cinnamon

1/8 tsp Allspice

1/8 tsp Nutmeg

1tsp Vanilla Extract

¼ c Walnut Pieces



*Pre heat oven to 350 degrees

*Mix all ingredients except walnuts together in large microwaveable bowl.

*Microwave for 4 minutes, stirring halfway through.

*Spray 8x8 casserole dish with fat free cooking spray, spread oatmeal evenly in dish.

*Sprinkle walnuts on top.

*Bake for approximately 10 minutes, Makes 2 servings.

*Optional: Top with a tablespoon of fat free Greek Yogurt
